Color box materials mainly fall into two categories: face paper and corrugated paper.
Face paper types include: powder gray paper, gray coated paper, white coated paper, single coated paper, luxury card, gold card, platinum card, silver card, laser card, kraft paper, etc. Among these, white-backed white-board paper comes in two types: white coated paper and single coated paper. Their characteristic is that both sides are white; the front can be printed, but the back cannot. Single coated paper has coating on both sides, so it can be printed on both sides. Powder gray paper has one white and one gray side and is relatively inexpensive, while double coated paper is white on both sides and is more expensive. Common powder gray paper weights are generally 250g to 450g, while coated paper is 250g to 400g.
Corrugated paper's basic structure consists of a smooth kraft paper sheet laminated with a wavy paper sheet (collectively called the core). Common corrugated paper weights are 120g to 160g, and occasionally 200g paper is used. The paper core is made from recycled waste paper, and its thickness has been changed from 130 to 160g to 100 to 140g.
