1. The surface should be clean and smooth, free from wrinkles, stains, and impurities. Fonts and patterns must be clear and accurate, without misprints, omissions, or ink contamination.
2. Dimensions must conform to specifications; deviations should be within allowable limits. Color boxes requiring corrugated paper should be trial-assembled and pass inspection or meet standards.
3. All glued joints of the color box should be tight and secure, without loosening or cracking.
4. The material and structure of the color box must be completely consistent with the sample or drawings.
